Who is selling

How ordering works

This site is a catalogue. It has no checkout and takes no payment. You choose items and sizes, then send your order to us on WhatsApp. Sending the message is an offer to buy; an order is accepted only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, and will tell you if we do.

Stock shown on the site is a guide, and is confirmed when we reply to your order. Payment is arranged with you on WhatsApp, and the final amount, including any taxes and shipping, is confirmed there before you pay.

Prices and product information

Prices are in Indian rupees. We take care with descriptions, sizes and photos, but screens show colours differently and small variations in fabric and finish can occur. Photos are illustrative.

Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and do not try to disrupt it or gain access to anything that is not meant to be public.
• Do not copy, scrape or reuse our text, photos or branding without our written permission. The site, its content and the ROI name are ours or used with permission.
• Do not give false details when ordering.

Our responsibility

We provide the site as it is and work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here takes away any right you have as a consumer to use the forum the law gives you.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact our grievance officer. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
